There is nothing in the world that compares to a Dad’s love for his girls. Precious!

Beautiful…you can see both the love and the anguish of letting go.

I think it was the hardest thing he’s ever done. And making the cake and preparing all that food for the reception was definately a labor of love. You know no one else could do it good enough for his little girl!

I’m sure the ceremony was beautiful, but this photo is priceless.

  6. This is the sweetest thing I’ve ever seen. She’s gorgeous and he is too! Thanks for sharing your beautiful family!

    OMG…another TEAR post, Peg!

This is perhaps my favorite part to a wedding. Watching the father and daughter or mother and son dance. It’s so touching!

And being someone who’s a full-blooded Italian; growing up going to coutless Italian weddings, I remember those moments as being VERY dramatic.

    Sorta like the movie, “Moonstruck.”

    HA!

Thanks for sharing such a beautiful Wordless Wednesday, dear lady!

Thanks Ron. And imagine listening to the song “I Loved Her First” WHILE they were dancing. I couldn’t stop crying because I love them both so much and could of course feel their love for each other and how hard it was for hubby to “let go”, even though she hadn’t lived at home in 5 years the symbolism of giving her over to another man… a bit overwhelming!

      This was it, Ron.

  8. This is a beautiful photo… There’s something just so touching about the expressions. Marvelous.
